Our Redback service department is located at our Perth head office. Depending on the problem we can also service equipment at our Melbourne and Sydney branches. In some cases the unit may need to be shipped back to base for repair. We do not support servicing and repairs through third party agents. Should your product require a repair, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
A copy of the RA will be sent to you via email. This contains instructions on sending the goods back to us. The freight for shipping back to us is at the customers expense. Altronics will pay the return freight to the customer where the warranty claim has been accepted.
Please ensure your goods are sent with a copy of the RA form (or at least the RA number). This will ensure prompt service processing. Keep the RA number handy in case you need to speak with us about your repair.
